Product Development & CAD Design Services
Product Development
We develop products from the first idea to series production. Our engineers combine mechanical design, materials know-how and manufacturing experience to turn your requirements into products that look right, work reliably and can be produced at the planned cost. Whether you are launching a new product or improving an existing one, we take care of the engineering so you can focus on your market.
How we work: every project starts with a short requirements workshop where we define function, target cost, materials and production volume. We then move through concept sketches, 3D CAD design, engineering checks and design reviews with your team, so decisions are made early and changes stay inexpensive. Manufacturing and assembly are considered from the very first concept.
What you receive: native 3D CAD models and neutral formats (STEP, IGES), 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances, a bill of materials (BOM), renderings for presentations, and support during prototyping and production start-up.
Jigs & Fixtures
We design custom jigs and fixtures that make your production faster, more accurate and easier to repeat. Each fixture is built around your part, your process and your operators, whether it is used for assembly, welding, machining or quality control. The goal is simple: less set-up time and more good parts per shift.
What we design: assembly fixtures, welding jigs, machining fixtures, inspection and test gauges, and handling devices for production lines.
How we work: we analyse your part, process and cycle time, define the locating and clamping concept, and design fixtures that are easy to operate, robust and simple to maintain. Where possible we use standard components from [supplier names] to reduce cost and lead time.
What you receive: complete 3D models, detail and assembly drawings, a BOM with purchased parts and, on request, manufacturing through our partner network. The result: shorter set-up times, repeatable quality and fewer rejected parts.
CAD Design Services
Our CAD design services turn your ideas, sketches and existing parts into precise 3D models and production-ready drawings. We support engineering teams in automotive, home appliances and electronic enclosures, either on individual tasks or as an extension of your own design department.
Our services include:
3D modeling: parts and assemblies built from sketches, drawings or specifications.
Reverse engineering: existing parts measured or 3D-scanned and rebuilt as editable CAD models.
Technical documentation: manufacturing drawings to ISO/DIN standards, BOMs and assembly instructions.
Realistic renderings: images and animations for sales, catalogues and presentations.
Kinematic and motion studies: movement, collisions and clearances checked before anything is manufactured.
Multi-platform CAD compatibility: our engineers have hands-on experience with [SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, NX, Revit, Creo]. We deliver files in the format your team works with, so models fit directly into your PDM and OEM systems.
Remote work: on request, our engineers work remotely on your workstations and systems, using your licences, data and security policies.
Each service can be booked on its own or with product development, using your templates and naming conventions.
Prototyping/
Production
We turn your CAD data into real parts, from the first prototype to small and medium series. Working with a network of trusted manufacturing partners, we handle process selection, supplier coordination and quality checks, so you get tested parts on time without managing several suppliers yourself.
From prototype to series: we choose the right process for each stage. 3D printing for fast form-and-fit checks, CNC machining and sheet metal for functional prototypes, and injection moulding / casting for small and medium series.
How it works: we prepare production-ready data, request quotes from our partners, check first samples against your drawings and coordinate changes until the part is approved. You have one point of contact for both design and manufacturing.
Materials and lead times: from metals to engineering plastics, we help you choose the right material for function, cost and quantity. Lead times depend on the process and the number of parts, so every quote comes with a clear delivery schedule.
